If you block messages based on the User-Agent string (in the case of Cmdr.
Dipship here, it's "Pan/0.133 (House of Butterflies)") you won't be bothered
by his illiterate, nonsensical and incessant yammering.
If he's got enough brain cells firing (about as likely as the heat death of
the universe occurring in the next 15 minutes), he could change newsreaders,
so you can also block based on the Message-ID string ending in @bt.com.
It might pinch legitimate traffic from other British Telecom users,
but I suspect they're smart enough to know how to pick a different
Usenet News access point.
